Hi, I'm Michelle!
I am an Early Childhood Trainer & Consultant.
I've spent my career in the Early Education and
Care sector and now enjoy training and
mentoring educators and leaders across Australia.
I have been lucky enough to spend
my career in a range of roles, including Early
Childhood Teacher, Centre Manager, Validator
(Assessor), Trainer, Operations Manager leading
and managing 10 Early Education centres and as a
Regional Manager responsible for leading and
managing 88 centres across two states. I have worked
with Semann & Slattery, Gowrie, NCAC & RTO Advice Group.
I believe as leaders we can change people’s lives. My approach is built upon kindness, gratitude, accountability, growth and the belief that everyone wants to do an excellent job! Now, let’s build that potential and help you to believe that too!
The feedback I receive usually revolves around how I can build connections with and inspire everyone in the team from the brand-new educator to the Director and to the CEO.

Hi, I'm Amy!
A little about me…
With over 15-years’ experience in Early Childhood
Education and Care, and 8 years’ experience
managing a service, I have improved all aspects of
operations through effective employee motivational
strategies, supporting teams to respond positively
to change and striving for better practice through
awareness of sector trends and regulatory
requirements of operations.
I have had experience in all roles within the ECE sector
including Assistant Educator, Lead Educator,
Educational Leader, Assistant Area Manager, Early
Childhood Teacher and most recently Centre Manager.
I enjoyed forming an inspiring, dedicated, an enthusiastic team of educators who worked to provide children with the highest quality of care and learning.
My passion for ECE has grown since giving birth to my two beautiful children and they inspire me daily to ensure the best possible learning outcomes can be achieved by all children. I honestly believe we as Early Childhood Professionals have a real opportunity to shape the lives of all our young people that we educate and care for on a daily basis and this is what motivates me to do better.
I am excited to once again be working alongside Michelle as we transform Early Childhood Teams & Inspire Positive Team Culture, Growth and Educational Excellence through Training, Mock Assessments and Coaching.
I also own and operate my own service and enjoy leading my team and providing the best quality of care and education to children and their families.
