Critical Reflection is still a challenge and we often find our teams writing 'the day was hectic' or 'it was sunny and we went outside'. This Critical Reflection session will share successful service systems to embed meaningful CR in their services. 

SO much documentation and not all of it is of value. In this session we will discuss what the NQF requires of services in relation to Critical Reflection and share with you some real examples and templates to support your CR processes. 

Embedding a meaningful process is one way to really enhance the value of CR and ensure your team are feeling that they are on track.
