This session will support ECTs to:

  • Build a network of ECTs – this session is going to include a lot of networking, sharing of ideas and experiences.
  • Understand the role – balancing the teaching and learning with the tasks that are required for the role.
  • Stay motivated with enquiry and projects – we will talk about ways to keep the ECTs engaged in this setting and how they can run programs to inspire others.
