Growth Leadership Series- Observation Tour

This Growth Leadership Series is open to all service leaders including Assistant Directors and or Area Managers. We cover all kinds of topics including operatiions, leadership and NQF. Michelle will guide you thoruhg a range of tops and faciliated shared learning and networking. If you are feeling lonely as a leader or you want to make sure you are up to date with what's happening in the sector, come along to one of these sessions and consider joining on an ongoing basis. The sessions are held every 2 months, giving you time to embed change back in your service. We begin each of these sessions by sharing what we are working on, our roadblocks and we share possible solutions to problems. 

We network with each other and then Michelle provides us with content for the rest of the day to explore. From Leadership and Coaching to management, HR, Operations, Budgeting, NQF to so much more!

Come along to one session or join us every two months for a supported journey thorugh your year. 

Lunch and Morning Tea are provided. 

Networking is key, so bring along your own ideas, challenges and be ready to help us navigate this world of Education and Care.
