We've all been there before when a parent is worried about the lost sock and they make a complaint, but we know it's not about the sock. It's a lack of trust/a lack of connection. It's time we talk about it! It is even harder when it is via email. What do we do?

About the Event
There are many ways to develop trusting relationships with others in our profession. Â Â Â
This session will be perfect for leaders who have that troublesome parent or staff member where nothing ever seems to be good enough. Or new leaders who want to consider their approach from the get-go.Â
We will talk about how to establish true connections with the people in your professional life.Â
You will learn some of the best strategies to respond to a complaint and unpack a staff conflict.Â
Getting to the bottom of what is happening and listening with your whole body is required. Â
Â
We will unpack many concepts and I will share some real examples and templates with you.Â
Please also feel free to bring some examples of what you are currently doing, all your questions AND your willingness to learn and be open-minded.Â
Can't wait to see you and laugh with you! My sessions always have lots of fun and laughter.Â
