Meagan is a passionate leader in Early Childhood Education, driven to inspire and equip educators and leaders to create high-performing, values-driven teams that deliver meaningful outcomes for children, families, and communities.

She brings purpose and energy to every education setting she steps into. Over the years, Meagan has worn nearly every hat at service level, from Assistant Educator and Lead Educator to Centre Cook and Centre Manager, giving her a grounded understanding of what quality looks like and how to build it from the inside out.

Her journey has taken her from hands-on roles to leadership positions, including Area Manager, Performance Coach, Business Partner P&C, and most recently, Head of Childcare Operations. At every level, she has championed quality improvement through the National Quality Framework and supported performance growth through coaching, mentoring, and capability building.

Colleagues often describe Meagan as someone who brings clarity, inspiration, practical solutions, and focused strategy to her work, and who makes people feel seen, heard, and supported. What lights her up is helping others grow, thrive, and unlock the incredible potential of early learning.
