Hi, I'm Bec!

Rebecca is a Nutritionist who is passionate in supporting the health and well being of families of all ages.


A particular interest of Rebecca's is children's health, including how parents and their children can establish a healthy relationship with food, and the impact that this has on physical and mental life-long health.


Rebecca uses a combination of holistic Eastern and Western perspectives to educate others on how foods have the ability to influence behaviour, development, reduce the risk for chronic disease and support overall well being.
