Our Teacher & Educator Coaching Development Program is aimed to engage and support your services to feel inspired, improve and enhance practices and outcomes for children alongside the VEYLDF. The team will benefit from ongoing support and participation in this program. We will work directly with you to ensure a coaching development plan is adapted to meet your service specific requirements to support improvement in your curriculum planning, pedagogical strategies and assessment techniques, and other aspects of practice particularly focused on school readiness funding priority areas and goals outlined in your plan
