New Educators Day

Working in our sector is incredibly complex and rewarding, however we've noticed that new educators into the sector could benefit from some learning tailored to them and their journey in the sector. This session is specifically for educaotrs who have been working for less than 12 months in the secotr or educators who are new to a permanent position in your setting. We will explore many topics including, compliance at an educator level, supervision, changing nappies correctly, risks associated with sleep, engaging with families in a professional way, interacting with colleagues as a professional, team work, running grouptimes, supporting children's behaviours and the language we use in our sector. Let's help these new educators to be successful.
