You will receive an email following this to provide you with some guidance to prepare for the visit. During the visit at your service, please show us around and showcase your setting to us, like you would to an Assessor. We will ask your team questions, provide feedback, give them and you confidence and create a report which will guide you to update your QIP and make any changes you need to make. It is always a positive experience with lots of excitement following the visit. It's like having an Assessor visit but I'm on your team!
