The intention for the training include; - Unpacking risky play and what this could look like in your setting - Understanding the benefits of risky play and the influence this can have on children’s life long skill development - The difference between a risk and a hazard – this is vital in keeping our children safe Remember, your role as an early educator is to ensure that children have opportunities to enjoy all the benefits of risky play, but without any serious injuries taking place.
