Capturing Children's Voices & Mark Making, Creativity and Art Mediums within the Curriculum.

This session will explore how we can spend time listening to children, observing and capturing the voices of children to collaborate with them and consult with children to explore their ideas. Understanding how to listen to the voices and ideas of children will support you to engage with the possible lines of development and how to unpack these ideas or share thier voices. Questioning children is a unique skill and we will build your capacity to design effective consultantion approaches. In the second half of the day we will explore Mark making and art in curriculum. What are the mediums you can use and how can you enrich children's opportunities to enage in creative persuits.
