Exceeding Themes

This session is designed to guide leaders through the process of writing “exceeding” themes for their Quality Improvement Plans (QIP). It will provide a deeper understanding of how to articulate exceptional performance and identify areas where your service has identified it is exceeding. The session will also explore the importance of clear documentation and evidence to demonstrate the exceeding criteria effectively.
