What is PowerQIPing? IT'S THE ONLY WAY TO DO YOUR QIP! It’s dynamic, uses video and photos and provides a more interactive experience to showcase your service to families, team members and the Assessor.
This model of PowerQIPing was born out of my creative mind being sick of reading QIPs that are the same thing written over and over. When conducting Mock Assessments in services, I ask them to send me their QIP but it NEVER does justice for the work they do, the team they are and the opportunities they offer. I work with leaders of services who also struggle to fall in love with their QIP and feel it is a burden within their role. So... I decided enough was enough!
