A little about me…  

​

I’ve been fortunate to spend over 17 years working

within the Early Childhood Education sector, learning

that success in our roles comes from a balance of

heart, skill and intention. Across roles as an Educator,

Lead Educator, Assistant Director, Director and Head

of Inclusion, I’ve experienced the full rhythm of service

life including the busy days, the lightbulb moments

and everything in between.

My journey began in the UK, where I developed the

foundations of my practice and a strong commitment to

children’s rights and inclusion. Since continuing my work in

Australia, I’ve been fortunate to grow alongside passionate teams

in high-quality services that value curiosity, creativity and meaningful relationships. Recently, my work has led me to be able to guide and support a range of services in the implementation of high quality and inclusive practices, one of my biggest passions. I care deeply about creating environments that spark awe, wonder and imagination, not just for every child, but for educators too, so that they are provided with the opportunity to become their best selves within their professional journeys.

As a Consultant and Trainer, I love inspiring educators to feel confident, capable and excited about what’s possible in their practice. Part of what excites me the most is inspiring leaders to feel capable and reflective in their practice, helping them appreciate the incredible impact their guidance can have. Recognising that when we build supportive team cultures, lead with intention and stay curious ourselves, we create services where both children and educators can truly flourish, and that’s where the real impact begins.
