A little about me…

I’m an Early Childhood Consultant at HGT, with 15

years of experience in the early education and care

sector. I’ve spent the majority of my career working

directly within services — from supporting teams as

an educator to leading as an Assistant Director and

Director. Those years shaped my deep understanding

of what it truly takes to build strong teams, nurture

positive cultures, and create environments where both

educators and children thrive.

I believe in leading with kindness and intention. For me,

positive team culture and a growth mindset are the foundations

of a successful service — not only for educator wellbeing, but

for meaningful outcomes for children.

I’m passionate about nurturing calm, supportive environments with a dash of excitement and joy for the world around us. Children teach us something new every day, and it’s our responsibility to honour that curiosity, protect it, and help it flourish.

My heart in early childhood lies in inspiring educators to feel capable, confident, and empowered to deliver quality practice in their spaces. The years from birth to five are some of the most crucial in a child’s development, and our educators play an incredibly important role in shaping the next generation.
