I’m an Early Childhood Trainer, Consultant, and the proud Founder of Hourglass Time Education.
I’ve spent my entire career in the early education and care sector — and I absolutely love it.
From being an Early Childhood Teacher and Centre Manager to leading 88 services as a Regional Manager, I’ve been lucky enough to experience the sector from every angle. These days, I get to do what I love most: train, coach, and walk alongside educators and leaders all across Australia.
I believe leadership has the power to change lives. My approach is grounded in kindness, gratitude, accountability, and the belief that everyone wants to do a great job — they just need the right support.
People often tell me my superpower is connecting with every member of a team — from new educators to Directors and CEOs — and helping them feel inspired, capable, and clear.
