Shell joins us with over 20 years’ experience, dedicated to building her career and expertise in leadership and Operations within the sector. She has held a range of leadership positions including; Area Manager in a large organisation, General Manager of a small group of services, and most recently Head of Childcare Operations for a group of 40 services across Australia. Shell has a strong foundation in operational management, systemisation, and leadership development where she has a passion for fostering respectful relationships and
inspiring others in the Early Childhood sector. Following her passion for relationships, Shell gained her qualifications as a Circle of Security facilitator.
