Hi, I'm Michelle Walsh!

I am an Early Childhood Consultant and Trainer and I lead the team at Hourglass Time Education.

We deliver training and support Early Childhood Education & Care services and the families who attend their settings.

I’ve been working in the sector for more than 20 years in many different roles including; as an educator, teacher, director, assessor, manager and consultant.

I’m lucky enough to have worked in many organisations such as; Semann & Slattery, Gowrie SA, NCAC, large providers as a Regional Manager for 90 services and community-based services.

We deliver this support through Professional Development training, coaching and mentoring and face-to-face support and online programs.

We work with Approved Providers, Service Leaders and Educators to ensure their service is operating in the best way for the whole community and that everyone has the tools they need to support children.

If you follow our socials, you will also see Michelle & her team presenting at conferences, travelling around Australia supporting services with Mock Assessments and hosting special guests in Adelaide.

We support services with SRF, Building Design, Approvals and Operations through partnerships.
